The city of River Falls, Pierce County, and Short, Elliott, and Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) Architects have created a plan for a new sports complex off county road FF, part of which will become the new home of Fighting Fish baseball.

The park, likely to be built in phases, will include two baseball fields, three softball fields, a dog park, an environmental learning component, ponding, basketball facilities, and a playground.

One of the highlights of the plan is that it turns the otherwise unusable old city landfill into an amenity while meeting recreational needs and leaving a positive, lasting legacy for future generations of River Falls and Pierce County residents.

You can help the project, area residents, and the Fighting Fish by talking with your friends and neighbors about what a great addition the park would be for the city of River Falls, and we look forward to seeing you out on "Double-F" in the near future!
